Infrastructure for the events your customers depend on
VelosCore is a webhook delivery API for software companies that need to push events to their customers' systems. One API call sends an event; VelosCore signs it, retries failed deliveries, keeps a searchable log and gives your customers a portal to manage their endpoints.
Why we build webhook delivery
Most B2B products eventually need to tell customers' systems that something happened: an invoice was paid, a shipment was delivered, an employee was onboarded. The first version is a POST request in a background job.
Then the real work starts. Endpoints time out. Customers ask why they missed an event last Tuesday. Someone needs to prove a request was not forged, rotate a leaked secret, or replay a day of failures after an outage on the customer's side.
VelosCore handles that work as one API: signing, retries, logs, replay and a portal your customers use themselves. Your engineers keep building the product your customers pay for.
How we operate
- 01
Backward-compatible API
Endpoints under /v1 keep working. Breaking changes ship in a new version, announced by email at least 90 days ahead.
- 02
Written support times
First email reply within 2 business days on Developer, 1 business day on Growth and 4 hours on Scale.
- 03
Incident notices
If delivery is delayed across accounts, account owners get an email when it starts, while it is being fixed and when it is resolved.
- 04
Your data stays yours
Export message logs as JSON at any time. Payloads expire on your plan's retention schedule, and deleted applications are purged within 30 days.
